This is a very unusual 3 item rack pack of vintage tin Deputy Sherriff and Special Police badges. Each of the 3 badges comes mounted on its own cardboard backer and is sealed in plastic with a header card. The header card is made of paper and has writing on the inside like it was simply turned backwards so that the plain side was exposed. The "Clowning at the Circus" is just a sticker.
