I so loved Rack Toys as a kid back then. You would go into the Service Station while Dad gassed up and there would be a Spin Rack with all kinds of toys! These are still in their sealed package, the plastic does have scuffs from age and storage, see pics. No dents in Badges, see pics. Each measures approx 2 1/2" to 3" wide and 3" tall. No rips or tears, see pics. The Staples have no corrosion, see pics. The Badges are still attached to the cardboard insert, see pic. Made in Japan, has IS Trademark.
