Opened, but never used, this button badge kit was made by the Frank H. Fleer Corporation in the 1970’s. The Button Factory made it possible to create 5 unique metal tab badge buttons. In very good condition! A great item for vintage toy collectors. The Fleer company was started in 1919 in Pennsylvania, producing bubble gum, including the popular brand Dubble Bubble.
